This privacy policy applies to the app Bauwagen Schlat e.V. ("the App"). The App is an internal club app for organising tasks, plans and shifts and is intended exclusively for members and helpers of the association.

2. Data we process

• Account data: username, encrypted password, role (admin/helper) and display name.
• App usage data: tasks, plans, shifts and status changes you create or are assigned.
• Technical data: a sign-in token (stored on your device) to keep you logged in.
• Support requests: if you use our support form, we store your name, email, category and message.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process this data solely to operate the club app (sign-in, organising tasks/shifts) and to handle your support requests. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (contract/membership and legitimate interest in running the association).

4. No third-party sharing / no tracking

The App contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking services and does not share your data for advertising. Data is stored exclusively on our own server (within the EU).

5. Retention

Account data is stored as long as your access exists. Support requests are deleted once your request has been handled, at the latest after 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To delete your account and all related data, simply email support@bauwagen-schlat.de.
